The pioneer for FUE and founder of the HLC Hairline Clinic, Dr Özgür Öztan was one of the first physicians to perform FUE hair transplant (Follicular Unit Extraction) in Turkey and is currently medical director of the HLC.
In 2002, Dr Özgür Öztan aimed for the clinic to perform high-level hair transplants on patients worldwide, and now it regularly grants solid and substantial-quality with outstanding results. He was inspired by the work of the famous hair surgeon Dr. Ray Woods and wanted the HLC medical team to reflect cutting edge standards for hair tranplant and patient care.
