Here we see the extracted grafts in a special solution. We extract Extraction-Tools with the size of 0.6-0.9mm. We only perform manuel extraction without micromotors.
With the manuel extraction the surgeon has the better hand-feeling and the grafts will be not traumatize. With the manuel extraction we generate a high growing yield.
